Refund policy

At JellieMons, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

• Returns: Eligible products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
• Damaged or Wrong Product: Please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the product.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product is inspected.
• Exchanges: Damaged or incorrect products may be replaced, subject to availability.
• Non-Returnable: Customized, used, damaged, or final-sale products may not be eligible for return.
